Never let others limitations hinder your contribution or progress. Others obstruction can be on purpose, but in many cases it is not. Their limitations can be that of goal where they have different priorities than you based on their circumstances. Sometimes it’s because of their view or way of seeing things. And sometimes it’s just lack of knowledge.
It is similar to people on a journey. People will start trying to persuade you to stop your progress because they want to head in a different direction than where you are trying to take them (even though that’s where you agreed to go in the first place!). Sometimes they do that because they think they there is a better path. Other times it’s because they are too afraid to go along a path they have never treaded.
Whatever the reason for their limitations, don’t let that limit your potential and contribution to reach a worthy goal.
