Piety, Prevention, And Preemptiveness

Piety is pinnacle to the sustainability of results or long term achievement. This is because the most important actions are those that are unseen: the preemptive and preventive. These have no bang and might very well go unnoticed and therefore unrewarded.

This is at the heart of Islamic leadership and management. This is an important reason why our forefathers were able to rule and conquer much more powerful nations.

This is much more important in the infancy of an organization where much of foundational work has to be performed. If the leadership is not willing to go unnoticed by putting what is important for the organization foremost, not was is important for the individual, the organization will not grow to be enduring and great.
